LaTasha Ross, who worked with Harmon for two years, described her colleague as a highly positive spirit that will sorely be missed.
“Julie was always a bright spirit, great personality, and very positive. That is how most people on campus will remember her,” Ross told The Clarion.

She started as a student worker and would eventually rise to the role of Certification & Licensure Coordinator in the college’s HR Department.
