Details: Take a noir-inspired and surreal trip through L.A. as Max, a failed writer, prepares to leave the city where her dreams died. On Wednesday, Oct. 6, Wright State Film School grad, Trevor Hollen, will be presenting his award-winning feature film debut, EATING CARS – in conjunction with its US and UK release. After the screening, there will be a Q&A with Trevor.
Dayton Glow Ultimate Frisbee

Details: At GCSS we take Ultimate Frisbee and put a major twist on it! It is played in the dark on a field completely lined with hundreds of LED lights. Every player wears an LED running vest and armbands while tossing an LED Frisbee. Wild Yoga: Connecting Your Yoga Practice With The Natural World

Dayton Dia de Muertos Parade and Celebration

Details: The event begins at Fifth and Jefferson from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm, where we will have volunteers available to paint your face with a traditional sugar skull design! The parade will kick off from Fifth and Jefferson at 2:00 pm, traveling through the Oregon District, crossing Keowee, and continuing to Dutoit St. The route is just under a mile, and all are welcome to join the parade at any point.
