The Addiction Discussion Group will meet in Building 10, Room 423 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on every Monday during winter quarter. Produced by the Dayton International Peace Museum, NonViolent Solutions is an interactive exhibit featuring eight case histories promoting nonviolent methods. The exhibit runs through April on the Library’s mezzanine level.

The work of Charles Caldeeyer will be displayed in the Burnell R. Roberts Triangle Gallery. This exhibit is free and open to the public.

Gwen Jones, Student Leadership Development office manager, presents Face the Fears workshop in Building 2, Room 334 from noon to 1 p.m. The workshop shows techniques in advancing past the fear-stage of doing something new. For more information, contact Anthony Webb (937) 512-2752.

Sinclair to hold 35th annual Writers’ Workshop
On April 24, Sinclair Community College hosts the 35th annual Writers’ Workshop. Registration for the event will be held on the first floor of Sinclair’s Conference Center in Building 12 at 11 a.m. The general public has a $25 registration fee. Senior citizens and Sinclair students, staff and faculty may participate free of charge.
The workshop runs from noon to 5 p.m. and will include keynote speaker Jim Daniels. The Thomas Stockham Baker Professor of English at Carnegie Mellon Univeristy, Daniels is known for his working-class poetry.
Other presenters include: David Lee Garrison, Judy Johnson and Rebecca Morean.

Jazz Ensemble Concert with Chris Vadala
The Sinclair Community College Department of Music presents the Jazz Ensemble with guest saxophone artist Chris Vadala at 8 p.m. in Blair Hall Theatre. Admission is free.
