Criminal Damaging
A non-student was arrested on Dec. 3 at 9:05 p.m. for damaging another non-student’s vehicle that was parked on Court Street next to Building 19.
Drug Abuse Instruments/Criminal Trespass
Two non-students were found occupying the men’s restroom in the basement of Building 1 on Dec. 27 at 4:10 p.m. One was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments.
Menacing/Criminal Trespass
On Dec. 5, a non-student threatened a student in Building 4 at 3:35 p.m. A trespass warning was given after his arrest.
Robbery/Receiving Stolen Property/Theft
Between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 5, a non-student removed an unattended coat from Building 6 and was later arrested. The coat was discovered in the men’s restroom in Building 5. An employee in Building 2 reported the theft of her coat, hat, gloves and cell phone from her office. In Building 11, an employee reported the theft of a coat that contained credit cards and personal keys. Two suspects have been identified and one received charges of receiving stolen property for an attempted theft of a purse from an employee in Building 2 and robbery.
Theft/Student Judicial Affairs
In Building 6, a student was apprehended for taking trash bags from a custodial cart on Dec. 30 at 3:30 p.m.
Warrant Arrest
A non-student was stopped on Third and Perry for a traffic violation on Dec. 11 at 12:58 a.m. The subject had an active warrant for drug possession and possession of criminal tools and was arrested.
On Dec. 16 at 7:16 p.m., a non-student was stopped in Building 12 for sleeping. She was arrested on an active warrant for public intoxication.
