Schools are starting back up, which means fall semester is ramping back up at Sinclair. The start of a new semester means firsts. The first time on campus, first classes, new friends and many new experiences right around the corner.

Excitement was in the air as Sinclair kicked off a new semester.  New and returning Students alike can look forward to a season of firsts, from new classes to new friends right around the corner. From working towards getting our academic journey started to preparing to graduate and enter the workforce, there’s plenty to look forward to in the year ahead.

Everyone is excited to get things rolling and Nursing Major Josiah English is no exception.

“I’m thrilled to learn more about the human body. The human anatomy is so fascinating! I’ve been excited to learn how it works and I’ve been enjoying learning the ‘hows’ and ‘whys’ behind it.”

English also stated he is looking forward to connecting with more people and understanding Interpersonal Communication.

English said, “Interpersonal Communication is about understanding the stages of personal relationships and the natural progression of them.”

Grace Lewis is another returning student thrilled to be back this fall. The Veterinary Technician major gushed about her time at Sinclair so far.

She said, “Something I am excited for in my major is learning how the body of animals’ work and how that knowledge can prevent illness.”

Some students are looking forward to things beyond the classroom.

“I am excited for being nominated for National Honors Society as well as being closer to getting to apply for my program,” Lewis said.

So as the semester gets rolling let’s have fun, study hard, and make it one worth remembering.
