Major tech start-up company Tekion Corp is looking to fill over 100 positions at its new West Chester Township, Ohio office. The automotive retail service provider is calling on Sinclair graduates interested in immediate job placement to apply.
Tekion’s flagship office in Ohio is bringing Silicon Valley-style innovation to the region, according to a director at the company. Opportunities at the $3.5 billion company are available for new graduates, those with tech experience, as well as those new to the industry.
“We are looking for people that are flexible, adaptive, and willing to learn,” said Dean Jahanian, Director Application Support at Tekion Corp. “Tekion Corp is all about innovation, from our automotive solutions to the design of our office. We want people to think out of the box and give everyone an opportunity to contribute.”
Plans are already in place to expand the company’s 15,000 square foot office in West Chester Township by an additional 5,000 square feet and 60 more positions by 2023. Tekion also plans to add its own training facility to the site. In addition to health and wellness benefits, the company is also offering daily meals to staff among other benefits.
“We’ve designed a four-week course to teach new hires everything they need to be members of Tekion Corp,” Liz Wrigglesworth, Manager, Implementation Support at Tekion Corp, said. “That includes all the skills required to set up our systems and deliver application support. Afterward, new hires are eased into the team gradually and given the opportunity to put everything they have learned into practice.”
Tekion Corp is the developer of Automotive Retail Cloud, a streamlined digital solution that allows dealerships to seamlessly connect the entire vehicle sales process. The service, designed to reimagine automotive retail, has enabled the company to service over two million vehicles.
