With the end of the quarter approaching Sinclair students are preparing for their final exams.
Matt Salmans, a history and sociology major, is confident about passing all of his final exams.
“I’m calm, cool and collected,” Salmans said.
Salmans believes that students worry too much about taking final exams.
“I think students put too much pressure on themselves,” he said.
Sinclair student, Kathy Ladd has taken refuge in the library to prepare for her final exams.
“I usually hibernate down stairs (in the lower level of the library),” Ladd said.
Ladd said she’s unable to cram when it comes to her classes.
“I have to study throughout (the quarter),” Ladd said.
Sinclair student, Felicia Banks, said final exams don’t bother her.
“Finals don’t really phase me,” Banks said. “By the time finals come, I know everything (I need to be prepared).”
Adjunct English professor, Laura Elizabeth said that this quarter students don’t look as stressed as they were in past quarters.
“They seem more calm than usual,” she said.
